Side-by-Side Concert Application

Thank you for applying to participate in Utah Symphony’s 2024-25 Side-by-Side Concert. Please submit this application no later than March 19. After submitting your application, you will receive an email to make the online payment. Both the application and payment must be completed by March 19. The application will not be complete without payment. Need-based scholarships are available. After we review and approve your application and payment you will receive an email with your applicant number and a link to upload your recording. (Residency is defined as having lived in Utah for a continuous 12 months prior to submission of the application, and/or being claimed as a dependent for tax purposes by a Utah resident. Participants must also be living full-time in Utah during April 23 – May 20, 2025).
