MAKE IT A WEEKEND TRIP!
Hike the Navajo Loop or Queen’s Garden trail before the concert, and stay the night at the historic Ruby’s Inn. Looking for a second show? Stay up late after the symphony performance for some stargazing: Bryce Canyon has International Dark Sky status, making it one of the best places to see the stars.
FOOD: Picnics are welcome at all performances, and concessions will also be available onsite.
MERCHANDISE: Tour merchandise will be available for purchase during the performance.
PARKING: Parking will be available at Ruby’s Inn, and there is a shuttle across the street that will take you into the venue. There is NO PARKING in the venue. VIP parking is available at Ebenezer’s. There is a second shuttle stop there for VIPs and other patrons.
ACCESSIBILITY: If you are not able to ride on the shuttles provided, you can drive in to drop off your guests directly at the RIM. There is also extremely limited ADA parking onsite.
SHUTTLE: Shuttles are provided regularly across the street from Ruby’s Inn and at Ebenezer’s. There is NO PARKING onsite.

ENTRANCE: There is no specific entrance point to this performance – it will be open to all attendees.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, as well as a water bottle and a hat or umbrella to use before the sun goes down.
WHAT TO WEAR: This is a casual concert, so feel free to dress comfortably. The ground can be uneven, so comfortable shoes are recommended. While it may be warm earlier in the evening, temperatures can drop quickly after sunset—bringing a sweater or jacket is advised.
PHOTOGRAPHY: The scenery is stunning—feel free to take photos before the concert begins. Once the performance starts, flash photography and any form of recording are not permitted.
