Late Seating and Re-Entry Policy

In consideration of our artists and patrons, late seating and re-entry will take place during the first appropriate pause in the program at the discretion of management or during intermission. Certain programs are performed without intermission; in those cases, late seating and re-entry may not be available at all.  Reserved seats are not guaranteed after the performance starts. Latecomers may be seated in the back or sides out of courtesy to the musicians and other patrons. Patrons may relocate to their ticketed seat at intermission.

For the convenience of latecomers or those that exit the Hall during the performance, the performance can be viewed and heard on monitors in the lobby. If you opt into email from us, we will update you in advance regarding late seating information specific to your concert.

If you anticipate a scenario where you may need to leave the theatre during the performance for a medical condition or emergency contact, please contact us prior to your visit. We’d love to find you seats and come up with a plan that will allow us to minimize distraction while allowing you to enjoy as much of the performance as possible.

Many concertgoers arrive early to take part in pre-concert events. Check your concert’s performance detail page for details.
