Side-by-Side Concert

OVERVIEW

Each year, high school juniors and seniors are invited to take part in a unique musical experience—performing onstage at Abravanel Hall alongside the Utah Symphony.

As part of this special side-by-side program, students rehearse under the baton of Assistant Conductor Jessica Rivero Altarriba and receive focused sectional coaching from Utah Symphony musicians. After four rehearsals, they’ll join their mentors for an inspiring final performance.
